CAPR was created through the realisation of misalignment in the SDR environment.
I realised due to people seeing the SDR as a stepping stone, it was treated as such.
SDR’s came in and were either churned out, or did well and jumped into the AE role.
Why? Because, SDR OTE’s range from 100k - 150k, whilst AE’s OTE’s are 200k+
There is not enough monetary incentive for high achieving SDR’s to stay in the role.
Due to this, you only get them for a limited time.
So we decided to flip this idea on its head… and through time, we’ve been proven right.
CAPR ties results directly to performance. Through this model, we have SDR’s consistently providing high quality leads that convert, and they’re compensated generously for each one.
The companies we work with are consistently getting high quality leads, and the SDR is now out earning what an AE is making. It’s a win-win.
