About Our Founder

In the realm of SaaS Sales, Aaron's journey began in 2021, laying the foundation for what would eventually evolve into CAPR in 2024. Observing a persistent misalignment within sales functions, where SDRs, AEs, and management often operated in silos, Aaron recognized the need for a transformative approach.

CAPR was conceived as a response to the inherent inefficiencies stemming from this misalignment.
